People say I’m a gifted listener whose calm presence provides safe space for others to process life.
I fell in love with basketball at a young age and sports quickly became a strong influence in my life. Though my days as an athlete have passed, my passion to help coaches and athletes become their very best has not.
The personal values that guide my life are simple: Love Jesus, Love Others. Though my efforts to live them out are flawed and imperfect, they are my North Star and how I aim to live.
I enjoy coffee shops and the beach. In Ohio it’s a lot easier to find the former! Warm memories of visiting Cottesloe Beach (Perth, Australia) and the Red Beach (Santorini, Greece) help me make it through the winter. I love unrushed time with family and friends, soaking in sunshine, watching sports, working out, and of course Graeter’s ice cream.
From 2012-2015 I worked on staff with Penn State women’s basketball, assisting with leadership development, team dynamics and community outreach initiatives. I learned a ton and we won a few Big Ten championships along the way.
Family brought me back to Ohio, where I now serve as the assistant athletic director for administration at Cedarville University.
