What an honor to play against the likes of Kay Yow, Debbie Ryan and Andy Landers. Yet the night etched in my mind forever is our last game against Tennessee and Pat Summitt.

In our sports crazed society, coaches have become some of the most influential people in the world. Though some wield that power negatively, many leave a positive mark. In the women’s basketball world, few coaches are more respected for their positive influence than Coach Kay Yow.
Do not think that love, in order to be genuine, has to be extraordinary. What we need is to love without getting tired.
